电气化铁路接触网用绝缘子性能检验与质量控制

摘要

This article introduces the types and features of rod porcelain insulator and rod composite insulator that are used for domestic OCS.It specifies the key test items for these two insulators: for rod porcelain insulators , test items cover the thermal cycling test, the rated bending failure load test, the low temperature bending failure load test and the porcelain porosity test;for rod composite insulators,test items cover the tracking resistance test and the electric corrosion test. It states the operational processes and result measurement method for each test , putting for⁃ward the quality control measures for these two insulators based on testing experience.%介绍我国接触网用棒形瓷绝缘子和棒形复合绝缘子的类型及特点。阐述2种绝缘子的重点检验项目：棒形瓷绝缘子包括冷热循环试验、额定弯曲破坏负荷试验、低温弯曲破坏负荷试验和孔隙性试验，棒形复合绝缘子为耐漏电起痕和电蚀损试验。说明各个试验的操作过程和结果衡量方法，基于检验经验提出2种绝缘子产品的质量控制措施。
