目前,大型工程施工企业越发关注自身的竞争力及项目管理和执行力度的提升。结合海外工作经历,尝试讨论借助传统理念和管理方法提升企业综合实力。在目前常用的工程项目管理模式下,采用固定和非固定的项目管理机构的相结合的方式实施项目,在保证效益的同时提高企业竞争力。%At present,large construction enterprises pay more attention to the enhancement of their competitiveness,their project management capabilities and executive abilities.Based on personal overseas working experience,the author tries to discuss ways to improve the comprehensive strength of companies by using traditional ideas and management methods.On the basis of the common engineering project management patterns of today,we need to integrate fixed and unfixed project management organizations to implement the projects,so as to ensure the improvement of corporate competitiveness with sufficient profit.
