液压模型在铁路T梁预制施工中的应用

摘要

Combined with the practical engineering, comparative analysis of the New hydraulic model and the traditional model is introduced from the aspects of model design, production turnaround time, device resource consumption, labor and resource consumption. Great progress has been made in new hydraulic model, production costs, construction technology, production cycle, proper use of resources, which makes an innovation on the railway T girder production.%结合工程实际情况,主要从模型设计理念的对比、生产周转时间的对比、占用设备资源的对比、占用劳动力资源的对比等4个主要方面,就新型液压模型和传统模型两种不同的方案进行了分析;阐述了新型液压模型,无论在模型制造成本、施工技术、生产周期、资源合理利用等方面都得到了较大提高,是铁路T梁生产上的一次革新。
