Due to strong universality,high bearing capacity and lower use cost,steel pipe bracket system is used widely in bridge and structure construction.With the increasing of bracket height and various reasons that cause collapse accident both at home and abroad,which brings unforeseeable economic losses to each part of the project.It is a new topic in the construction industry on how to improve the safety and stability of steel pipe support system.This paper makes a particular analysis and gets some main conclusions from five aspects,that is structure design,construction factors,material selection and quality control,construction load,construction management.%钢管支架体系由于通用性强、承载力高、使用成本相对较低等原因在桥梁结构施工中得到广泛应用,但是随着支架高度的增加和跨度的增大,以及多方面的原因,国内外因此而导致支架系统坍塌事故也屡见不鲜,给工程各方带来不可预见的经济损失。如何提高钢管支架的安全稳定性,是建筑行业的一个新课题。本文从构造设计、施工因素、材料选用及质量控制、施工荷载、施工管理五个方面进行详细分析,得出了重要结论。
