严寒地区 CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆施工技术

摘要

严寒地区 CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道结构所使用的水泥乳化沥青砂浆增加了聚丙烯纤维和聚合物乳液，组成材料复杂，其对环境温度敏感性强、操作工艺复杂、质量要求高、施工难度大。针对严寒地区的特殊情况，在线外工艺性试验中总结出了施工工艺、方法，经上道施工得到了较好的验证，并进一步探索、优化施工工艺及方法，确保了施工质量，为今后同类工程施工提供可靠的参考资料。%Cement-emulsified asphalt mortar,adding with polypropylene fibers and emulsion polymers,is used in CRTSⅠslab ballastless track in cold regions.Since the complexity of its materials,CA mortar is sensitive to the environment tem-perature,complicate in operation processes,highly-required to the quality and difficult to the construction.Aiming at the special cases in cold regions,the paper concludes the construction processes and methods in accordance with technological performance tests outside the track,and it is tested and verified on the railroad.Moreover,further explorations are taken to optimize the construction processes and methods to guarantee the quality of construction which can offer a reliable reference for the similar constructions in the future.
