铁路64m 跨双线简支箱梁节段(胶接缝)拼装施工技术

摘要

Combined with Huanghanhou railway Zhishuigou bridge,the construction practice of 64 m-span prestressed con-crete simply supported box girder is first applied in China,this paper mainly introduces the design and use of movable-sup-ported bridge-building equipment,hoisting and put of segment,location of the frist segment,epoxy joint construction tech-nology,system transition and linear control during the segment (epoxy joint)assemble construction process,so as to pro-vide the reference for the similar engineering construction.%黄韩侯铁路芝水沟特大桥为国内首次采用64 m 跨双线预应力混凝土简支箱梁节段拼装架设。结合其施工实践，阐述了节段（胶接缝）拼装梁施工中造桥机的设计使用、梁段吊装摆放、首段定位、胶接缝拼装工艺、体系转换、线形控制等关键施工技术，以期为类似工程施工提供技术参考。
