建筑施工企业安全管理对策研究

摘要

本文融合传统安全管理理念和两高司法解释，结合建筑施工企业安全管理实践经验，从包保责任、一岗双责、教育培训、专业管理、风险管理、隐患治理、季节安全、应急救援、信用评价、问责处理等方面提出新形势下的安全管理措施及对策，供建筑施工企业及有关单位参考。%In this paper,by means of the concept of traditional safety management and the Supreme Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate’s interpretation,the author proposed the safety management measures and countermeasures by com-bining the practical experience of construction enterprise safety management from the aspects of responsibility for guarantee, one position with double duty,education and training,professional management,risk management,hidden hazard control, seasonal safety,emergency rescue,credit evaluation and accountability treatment,hoping to offer a reference for construc-tion enterprises and the relevant organizations.
