浅埋大断面隧道小半径盾构始发技术研究

     

摘要

新建珠海市区至珠海机场城际轨道交通项目拱北至横琴段为浅埋大断面(直径8.8 m)盾构隧道。本文针对大断面隧道的高质量小半径(R413)始发掘进技术展开研究,采用割线始发和轴线精细化控制技术,始发过程中隧道管片安装左线最大标高偏差19 mm,最大水平偏差28 mm,右线最大标高偏差16 mm,最大水平偏差23 mm;左线隧顶最大沉降量为1.6 mm,右线最大沉降量为4.35 mm。姿态偏差及沉降变形均远远满足规范的控制标准,并保证了盾构机顺利始发并掘进,既节省了工期,又保证了质量和施工安全。%The shield tunnel of the construction from Gongbei to Hengqin belongs to a newly-built intercity rail transit pro-ject which is between the downtown area of Zhuhai and the Zhuhai Airport is a large section tunnel and the diameter is 8.8 meter.The study on tunneling technology of large cross-section tunnel in sharp corner (R413)with high quality is conduc-ted.The secant originating technology and the fine control technology of axis are used.The maximum elevation deviation of the installation of tunnel segments in the left line during the launching is 19 mm and the maximum horizontal deviation is 28 mm.In the right line,the maximum elevation deviation is 16 mm,and the maximum horizontal deviation is 23 mm. The maximum settlement amount of the tunnel roof in the left line is 1 .6 mm and it is 4.35 mm in the right line.The pos-ture deviation and the settlement can greatly meet the control standards of the specification and ensure the smooth departure and tunneling of shield machine,which can not only save the construction period,but also ensure the quality and the secur-ity of shield tunnel construction.
