引水隧洞大倾角支洞有轨运输施工技术

     

摘要

This paper aims at ensuring safe and efficient construction of the main hole in terms of the characteristics of small section,large angle,long distance and heavy task of No.2 tunnel and No.10 adit of Xiaolangdi Yellow River Diver-sion project.The configuration and layout for adit transportation line are arranged by implementing rail transportation equip-ment selection,transportation route configuration,and reprint design outside and bottom of the cave.With four different ap-plications of video surveillance,wireless communications,tramcar start alarm and derailment alarm of information technolo-gy tools to effectively maintain the rail transportation security,which is not only to protect the normal construction of main tunnel,but also to provide references for the future similar projects.%针对小浪底引黄工程2#隧洞10#支洞断面小、倾角大、距离长、任务重的工程特点,重点解决如何安全高效地为主洞施工提供保障的难题。从有轨运输设备选型、运输线路布置、洞外洞底转载设计来完成支洞运输线路的配置和布设,采用视频监控、无线通信、矿车启动警示、脱轨报警4套信息化手段有效控制了有轨运输的安全风险,保障了主洞正常施工,为以后同类工程施工提供借鉴和参考。
