地铁车站穿越市政管线 PBA 工法施工沉降控制关键技术

     

摘要

Aiming at the problem of the strict settlement control in the construction of subway station passing through the municipal pipeline,based on the engineering practice of East Yuyuantan Station Project of Beijing Subway Line 16,the key control technologies were analyzed and provided as follows:(1)Upper pilot tunnels and vault of the main station structures were reinforced by deep-hole grouting so that the surrounding rock strength was improved via taking reasonable grouting pa-rameters;(2)the force conversion in the structures during ingate construction was achieved well through initial support re-inforcing ring,portal three specimens of closely spaced grid and other measures;(3)several excavating and supporting methods such as reserved core soil,step length control,grid installation accuracy control,were taken in the small pilot tun-nel construction;(4)initial support and secondary lining buckle arch were constructed according to excavation and demoli-tion step,especially to control the connection quality between initial support buckle arch grille and embedded nodes,so that the earth pressure above arch could be delivered smoothly.The construction monitoring showed that good settlement control results had been achieved in this project.%针对地铁车站穿越市政管线施工需严格控制沉降的难题,通过北京地铁16号线玉渊潭东门站工程实践,分析给出了控制关键技术,主要包括:(1)采取深孔注浆对上层导洞与车站主体结构拱顶进行加固,通过采取合理的注浆参数,提高了围岩强度;(2)马头门施工通过设置初支加强环,洞门三榀格栅密排措施,很好地实现了结构受力转换;(3)小导洞施工采取预留核心土、控制台阶长度、控制格栅安装精度等开挖方法及支护措施;(4)初期支护和二次衬砌扣拱施工按照开挖、拆除步距组织施工,尤其是控制好初期支护扣拱格栅与预埋节点的连接质量,使拱部上方土压力能够平稳传递。施工监测表明,该工程沉降控制效果良好。
