中国高速铁路知识产权现状、风险及对策研究

摘要

近年来，随着国内外高速铁路的快速发展，技术体系也日渐成熟和完善，其中，无砟轨道作为高速铁路建造的关键技术，已成为国内外高速铁路广泛应用的一种轨道结构形式。结合高速铁路无砟轨道技术，从技术发展现状、全球专利态势、国内外专利保护特点等不同维度进行全球范围内的专利检索与分析，在此基础上重点提出中国高速铁路海外知识产权保护对策和建议。%In recent years,with the rapid development of high-speed railways at home and abroad,the high-speed railway technology system is becoming more and more mature and perfect.Of which,as the key technology of high-speed railway construction,ballastless track has become a kind of track structure widely used in high-speed railways at home and abroad. Based on ballastless track technology for high-speed railways,this paper carries out worldwide patent search and analysis from different aspects such as technology development present situation,global patent situation,and domestic and interna-tional patent protection characteristics,etc.On the basis of above-mentioned items,this paper puts forward countermeas-ures and suggestions on overseas intellectual property rights protection for China’s high-speed railway.
