Since the pre-processing of CAE analysis was complicated, the Process Automation System was proposed in this paper, which could be applied to the static strength analysis for EMU aluminum alloy body and standardized the process of static strength analysis. This System was developed under the HyperWorks environment by using the Tcl/Tk scripting language. The System could not only guide the designer to complete the analysis process, but also help the designer reduce human errors, therefore, could improve the efficiency of design and analysis, shorten the product development cycle for the enterprises.%针对CAE静强度分析中前处理过程中工作量大、操作步骤繁琐等问题,本文开发了适用于高速动车组铝合金车体静强度分析的流程自动化系统.该系统基于HyperWorks环境,应用Tcl/Tk脚本语言进行开发,实现了静强度分析流程的规范化,不仅可以引导设计师完成流程的分析过程,而且可以减少因设计师经验不同造成的人为失误,从而提高设计方案分析和评审效率,对企业缩短研发周期有一定的指导意义.
