货运价格管理系统的设计与实现

摘要

According to the requirements of China Railway, Harbin Railway Administration developed the freight price management system by using information technology. The system was designed by adopting the J2EE enterprise application framework. It was implemented the negotiation project application, examination and promulgation of the whole process of informatization, achieved the aim of standardizing the negotiation process and improving the working efficiency.%哈尔滨铁路局按照中国铁路总公司要求,利用信息化技术开发了货运价格管理系统.该系统采用J2EE企业级应用框架设计,实现了议价项目申请、审核、发布等全流程的信息化,达到了规范议价流程与提高工作效率的目的.
