The radiation dose survey of a radiotherapy facility at a hospital ,aimed at radiation protection as-sessment ,indicates the machine-room shielding in accordance with the approved scheme upon pre-assessment does not conform to the standard requirements .The assessment agency requested the hospital have it rectified . The shielding thickness is increased as a result .Re-survey of radiation dose confirms that the health and safety of therapists and the public is able to be guaranteed under normal operation condition of the accelerator .%对某医院放射治疗建设项目进行放射防护评价过程中 ,剂量检测结果显示 ,依照预评价审定方案建设的机房屏蔽不符合标准要求.评价单位要求医院进行整改 ,增加了屏蔽厚度.整改后 ,再次进行剂量检测 ,最终确定该加速器治疗中心在正常运行时 ,能够保障放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全.
