一种机载小型化雷达发射机的设计

摘要

A miniaturized radar transmitter which can be used in airborne radar or electronic counter-measure system is introduced. The design figures and composition are given. Several key technologies such as high voltage switch power source technique, pulse modulator technique, transmitter control and protection, high voltage solid insulation and thermal design are described and the implementation methods are also given. The main design parameters are analyzed and calculated. Combined actual design, the revisal principles and methods of calculation results in design are described. Finally, the test results and a photograph are shown. The future applications of the transmitter are analyzed and anticipated.%介绍了一种适用于机载雷达或电子对抗系统的小型化雷达发射机,给出了系统的设计指标及组成框图,并对工程设计中的高压开关电源技术、脉冲调制器技术、发射机控制及保护、高压固态绝缘、热设计等多项关键技术进行了探讨并给出具体的实现方法,对发射机的主要设计参数进行了分析计算,结合实际的工程设计,对计算结果的工程修正原则及方法进行了探讨,最后给出了该发射机的实验热测结果和实物照片,对该发射机的应用前景进行了分析和预期.
