一种机载相控阵雷达波控系统设计

         

摘要

采用分级架构设计是实现中型及大规模相控阵雷达波控的有效途经之一。该波控系统设计了1个波控数据分配器单元和48个波控接口板单元,实现了1000多个天线单元的布相和时序控制任务。设计中通过光纤互联的高速数据编解码控制技术,既实现了快速布相任务,又简化了阵面的走线,满足了波控快速灵活及小型化设计要求。该系统设计的关键技术主要体现在大容量数据分发传输设计、多路高速通道布板设计、系统电源设计和时钟电路管理等方面。%Hierarchical architecture design is one of the effective ways to realize the medium and large phased array radar beam-control.This beam-controller system is designed to have a data distributor unit and 48 wave control interface units,realizing the phase distributor and the timing of more than 1 000 elements. Through high-speed data decoding control and fiber optic interconnection technology,the rapid phase distri-bution is realized and the number of matrix cable is reduced,meeting the design requirements of controller as quick speed,flexibility,and miniaturization.The key technologies of the system design are mainly reflected in the large capacity data distribution transmission design,multi-channel high-speed printed plate design, system power-supply design,and clock circuit management.
