介绍了一种采用IGBT串联技术实现某行波管27kV／7A大功率刚性调制器的设计方法，给出了主电路的拓扑结构，阐述了调制器工作原理，详细分析了实现该调制器的关键技术，并给出了采用该方案实现调制器的试验结果。%A 27kV/7A high-power rigid modulator for a TWT transmitter is designed through the IGBT series technology with the topological structure of the main circuit given and the working principle of the modulator discussed. The key technology adopted to implement the modulator is analyzed in detail with the test results given.
