极低碳水化合物饮食对肥胖症患者心血管危险因素的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨极低碳水化合物对肥胖症患者心血管危险因素的影响。方法将86例患者随机分成实验组及对照组,实验组采用极低碳水化合物饮食,对照组患者正常饮食,一段时间后,观测患者的体质指数、腰围、血脂、肝酶等。结果对照组患者的体质量指数及腰围都明显高于实验组。两组三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇存在明显的差异,与实验组相比,对照组谷氨酸氨基转移酶明显增高。结论极低碳水化合物饮食降低了肥胖对于心血管危险因素的影响,具有较好的疗效。%Objective To investigate the effects of low carbohydrate on cardiovascular risk factors in patients with obesity.Methods A total of 86 patients were randomly divided into experimen-tal group and control group,the experimental group were given very low-carbohydrate diet,and the control group patients with normal diet.After a period of time,the patient's body mass in-dex,waist circumference,blood lipids,liver enzymes were observed.Results The control group patients body mass index and waist circumference were significantly higher than those in the ex-perimental group.There were significant differences in triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups.Compared with the experimental group,glutamic acid amin-otransferase was significantly higher in the control group.Conclusion The low-carbohydrate diet reduces obesity for cardiovascular risk factors,with good effect.
