MEPS 系统在齐鲁塑料厂 PE 装置的应用及改造

摘要

针对MEPS系统在齐鲁塑料厂250 kt／a PE装置首次应用中出现的故障进行了分析、改造，并总结了 MEPS系统的操作注意事项。改造后的MEPS系统已历经几次停车试运，均未发现异常，且运行效果良好。%The faults existing in the first application of MEPS system on 250 kt/a PE unit in Qilu plastics complex were analyzed and reformed, and matters needing attention in operation of MEPS system were summarized.After the reformation, MEPS system had undergone several shutdowns and test running.No abnormal situation was found and good running effect was ob-tained.
