中捷石化MTBE产品的硫含量分析及控制

摘要

根据国家对油品升级的要求，结合中捷石化气体分馏装置与MTBE装置的工艺流程、操作参数，分析总结了影响MTBE产品总硫含量的各种因素，并且分别从理论与实际操作方面阐述了相应的控制措施。%Based on national upgrade requirements of oils,combined with process flows and operation parameters of gas fractional unit and MTBE unit of Zhongjie Petrochemical Company, the paper analyzed and summarized various factors influencing total sulfur content of MTBE product, and described separately countermeasures from theoretic and practical aspect.
