消费者响应视角下的企业社会责任实现路径

         

摘要

企业社会责任的履行有利于增强企业的竞争力及实现社会的可持续发展。消费者响应是能够对企业社会责任履行进行约束的有效力量,为了更好地推进企业社会责任建设进程,必须要在企业与消费者之间形成良性的互动关系。我国企业在社会责任履行的实践中普遍存在理念与意识薄弱、管理机制不够健全、缺乏与消费者互动等问题。因此,有必要在消费者响应视角下,加强政府约束与引导,建立健全企业社会责任履行的内部机制,唤醒和激发广大消费者的社会责任消费意识,并最终建立消费者责任消费与企业社会责任履行的良性互动循环。%The fulfilling of corporate social responsibility is beneficial for sustainable development and can help promote the competitive strengths of enterprises.Consumer response can play a role of constraint in it.Establishing benign interaction rela-tionship between enterprises and consumers is the key to advancing corporate social responsibility.In terms of the fulfilling of corporate social responsibility,there are some problems including a weak sense of social responsibility,imperfect internal mechanism and seldom caring about consumer expectations and lack of interaction with consumers.Under the perspective of consumer response,it’s necessary to strengthen government restraint and guidance,improve the internal mechanism of enter-prises’fulfilling corporate social responsibility,arouse consumers’socially responsible consumption awareness and establish benign interaction relationship between corporate social responsibility of enterprises and consumers’socially responsible con-sumption behavior.
