以暴风科技侵权案为例谈网络版权侵权与治理

摘要

Taking the example of the storm technology Internet copyright infringement case, from the perspective of Law and Economics analyze the infringement and protection of China's internet copyright. On the basis of the expected damage function of Internet copyright infringement, we analyzes the optimal prevention level of copyright administration authorities governing the Internet copyright infringement, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.%选取暴风科技网络版权侵权案，从法律与经济学视角探讨我国网络版权的侵权与保护问题。在建立网络版权侵权的预期损害函数基础上，分析版权监管部门治理网络版权侵权的最优预防水平，并提出治理对策。
