社会网络分析在卫生领域的应用

摘要

Social Network theory and Analysis (SNA) provide powerful perspective and analytical tools to study digital transformation of healthcare and challenges around providing coordinated care for vulnerable populations, such as elderly, children, and disabled patients.This review summarizes the scholarship on U.S.healthcare networks, including the structure and role of network relations, network goals and effectiveness, dynamic network structure, network governance, and network innovation.We also review emerging application of social network analysis in Chinese healthcare, including the impact of individual network relationships on health, the impact of the overall network relationship structure on health, the network of medical institutions and regional health relations, and the relationship network of drug manufacturers.We aim to promote the theory and application of social network analysis in the field of health.%随着医疗信息化、医疗弱势群体如老年、儿童、残障人士的多种医疗需求的协调遇到挑战, 社会网络理论和分析 (SNA) 研究在卫生领域的研究日益增多.本文在重点介绍美国医疗卫生组织的社会网络研究的基础上, 包括医疗网络关系结构及其作用、网络目标和绩效、网络变化、网络治理和医疗网络创新等, 梳理了我国社会网络分析在卫生健康领域中的应用, 包括个体网络关系对健康的影响、整体网络关系结构对健康的影响、医疗机构及区域卫生关系网络、药品生产企业关系网络等, 旨在更好地引导社会网络分析在卫生领域理论和实践中的应用.
