郁金香花期温度调控试验

     

摘要

Taking potted Tulipa gesneriana as material,the regulation role of temperature on flowering time of Tu-lipa gesneriana were studied by changing the ambient temperature.Result shows that raising ambient temperature can promote the growth of Tulipa gesneriana ,increase plant height,advance flowering;flowering rate increase sig-nificantly,flower diameter & corolla increase.Tulip viewing period can be effectively postponed by cold treatment;lengthening processing time for refrigeration will reduce flowering rate and quality of Tulipa gesneriana .10-1 5 d is the storage time.%以盆栽郁金香为试材,通过改变环境温度,研究温度对郁金香花期调控的作用。结果表明,提高环境温度促进了郁金香的生长,株高增加,花期提前,开花率显著提高,花径、花冠增大。通过冷藏处理,可以有效推迟郁金香观赏期,但冷藏处理时间加长会降低郁金香的开花率和开花质量,以10~15 d 为最佳冷藏时间。
