平榛实生苗生长节律及其活力评价指标的确定

摘要

The growth rhythm & chlorophyll content of 2-year-old Corylus heterophylla seedlings were analyzed. The consistency of seedling height,diameter growth rhythm &growth curve is optimal.Chlorophyll a,Chlorophyll b increase with the increase of the total volume and decrease in late stage,showing “low-high-low”trend.The vigor of 2-year-old Corylus heterophylla seedlings can be evaluated by morphological indicators seedling height(95.65 cm),ground diameter(0.87 cm),length of new shoots (40.23 cm)& minimum value of the total volume of chloro-phyll (0 .9 7 9 0 mg g-1 ).%通过对2年生平榛实生苗生长节律及叶绿素含量的分析，结果表明：2年生平榛实生苗的苗高、地径生长节律与生长曲线一致性较好，叶绿素 a、b和总量随着苗木生长量的增加而增加，后期下降，呈现“低—高—低”变化趋势；2年生平榛苗木活力可用苗木形态指标苗高(95.65 cm)、地径(0.87 cm)、新梢长(40.23 cm)与生长期间平榛叶绿素总量(0.9790 mg g-1)的最低值进行评价。
