细胞色素 P4502J 亚家族研究进展

摘要

The CYP2J subfamilies which have been found in recent years ,are different from other CYP450 subfamilies ,and are mainly expressed in the extrahepatic system .They are mainly involed in the metabo-lism of endogenous substances ,especially in metabolism of arachidonic acid .T he arachidonic acid metabo-lites ,ex-poxyeicosatrienoic acids ,play an important role in cardiovascular system and kidney .As for xe-nobiotics metabolism ,CYP2J shows higher activities in certain antihistamines .The common characteris-tics of the CYP2J enzymes ,metabolic activities ,gene structure properties and physiological function of CYP2J subfamilies were introduced briefly ,and the expression profile and metabolic characteristics of CYP2J subfamily members were described in detail in this paper .%细胞色素P450（CYP450）2J亚家族简称CYP2J ，与其他CYP450亚家族成员不同，主要在肝外系统表达，并参与内源性物质的代谢，特别是花生四烯酸的代谢，通过其代谢产物表氧化二十碳三烯酸在心血管系统和肾脏发挥重要的生理作用。而在外源性物质的代谢中，CYP2J仅在某些抗组胺药的代谢中表现出较高活性。论文根据CYP2J亚家族近年来的研究成果，对其酶特性、代谢活性、基因结构特征和生理作用等方面的共性进行概括，并对其各成员的表达和代谢特征进行综述。
