目的:分析在重症呼吸机相关性肺炎患者治疗中采用替加环素对呼吸力学和血清炎症因子的影响。方法:本次研究主要以我科 2017 年 12 月至 2018 年 11 月期间收 治的 90 例重症呼吸机相关性肺炎患者为研究对象,采用投硬币法将所选患者随机分为常规组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),给予常规组患者进行传统治疗,给予观察组患者采用替 加环素进行治疗,对比 2 组患者治疗前后呼吸力学与血清炎症因素指标差异。结果:通过对所选患者治疗效果分析表明,观察组患者呼吸做功、气道峰压、气道阻力等均明显优 于常规组,同时观察组患者血清因子水平改善情况也显著优于常规组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:在重症呼吸机相关性肺炎患者治疗期间采用替加环素可有效改善患者呼吸 力学和血清炎症指标,同时对提高治疗效果有重要意义。 objective: to analyze the effects of tegacycline on respiratory mechanics and serum inflammatory factors in patients with severe ventilators associated pneumonia. Methods: this study mainly in our department between December 2017 and November 2018 admitted during the period of 90 cases of severe patients with ventilator associated pneumonia as the research object, using the coin method selected patients were randomly divided into normal group (n = 45) and observation group (n = 45), to give regular conventional treatment group of patients, give than those in the conventional group, and the improvement of serum factor level in the observation group was also significantly better than those in the conventional group, P<0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: the use of tegacycline in the treatment of severe ventilators associated with pneumonia can effectively improve the respiratory mechanics and serum inflammatory indicators, and it is of great significance to improve the therapeutic effect.
