As the high incidence of nosocomial infection in the hospital,the Department of Stomatology pollution problem has been widely concerned by medical staff. In daily dental treatment,oral treatment table water release,gas is a large number of pathogenic microorganisms and non pathogenic microorganism pollution is serious. Oral disease treatment and surgery are mostly carried out in the mouth,the majority of infectious diseases can be transmitted through the process of oral treatment. In recent years,a lot of reports about the serious pollution of the water and air system of the dental treatment units in China are reported. Microbial contamination in addition to the source to supply treatment of air source,water source,also comes on toothdrill handpiece in patients with oral stops rotating suction. In this paper,through the investigation of the pollution situation of the oral cavity and air system, this paper discusses the methods to improve the pollution status of the oral comprehensive treatment table,and pro-vides the basis for the prevention of infection in clinical department of Stomatology.%目的：口腔门诊作为医院内感染的高发区，一直受到医护人员的广泛关注。在日常的牙科治疗中，口腔治疗台释出的水、气被大量的致病微生物和非致病微生物严重污染。多数传染病可以通过口腔就诊过程传播。污染微生物除来源于供给治疗台的气源和水源外，还来源于牙钻手机在患者口腔内停转时的回吸作用。该文通过对口腔综合治疗台水路及气路系统等污染情况的调查，探讨改善口腔综合治疗台污染状况的方法，为临床上口腔科预防感染的管理提供依据。
