In this article, with the description and comparison of two volume calculation methods for cylindrical rotary dryer, that is distillation intensity calculation method and volumetric heat transfer coefficient calculation method, the pros and cons in these two methods were explained. Then how to select the calculation method was proposed.%通过对转筒干燥器设备容积两种不同计算方法的描述和比较，即蒸发强度计算法和容积传热系数计算法，说明这两种方法各自的优势和缺点。从而提出选择转筒干燥器设备容积计算方法的建议。
