基于流致振动考虑的蒸汽冷凝器的设计改进

         

摘要

通过HTRI Xist和Xvib模块对蒸汽冷凝器进行了振动分析,选择了典型的16根换热管进行了最大卡门漩涡振幅和间隙流速与临界流速比值的详细计算.根据计算结果对原设计方案进行了设计改进,新方案修改了折流板的结构从而改变了对换热管的支承,对设计改进之后的振动情况重新进行计算,对比了前后计算结果,说明设计改进之后满足了设备的振动要求.研究结果为热交换器的结构设计提供了借鉴.%By using Xist and Xvib models in HTRI,the vibration analysis for steam cooler was carried out in this paper.With typical 16 tubes,maximum Carmen vortex amplitude and the ratio of gap velocity to critical velocity were calculated in detail.Then original design scheme was improved based on the results from the calculation.In new scheme,the structure of baffles was changed so as to change the support to the heat transfer tubes.With improved structure the calculation for vibration was performed again,and the results before and after the change were compared.It was indicated that the requirement on vibration had been reached with improved design.The studying result presented can be referenced in structural design of heat exchanger.
