摘要

There are steam pipeline nets with various pressures in chemical plants, and many temperature and pressure reduction devices exist among these nets. Use of temperature and pressure reduction device will make energy wasted because there exists imbalance among steam pipeline nets and extra steam must be evacuated. In this article, use of skid-mounted turbine to replace temperature and pressure reduction device was discussed. Extra steam in case of imbalance among pipeline nets can be recovered by the turbine, so that the objective of energy saving and emission reduction can be reached and the profit will increase.%在化工厂内存在着各种压力等级的蒸汽管网,在各级蒸汽管网之间存在着不同压力等级的减温减压装置,采用减温减压装置造成的能源浪费;因为蒸汽管网不平衡,多出的少量蒸汽放空造成的浪费等.探讨撬装式背压汽轮机取代减温减压装置,撬装式冷凝汽轮机回收利用因管网不平衡多出的蒸汽,达到节能减排,为用户创造利润.
