基于流固耦合含腐蚀缺陷管道模态分析

             

摘要

In order to study the influence of corrosion defects on the pipeline's vibration characteristics, based on thefluid-solid coupling, in this paper,finite element software ADINA was used to build overhead pipeline models with different corrosion depth, and pipeline modal analysis in the situation of full of liquid and no liquid were carried out. Top 10 frequencies and formations were extracted, and the concrete analysis was then performed. It was found that under the action offluid-structure interaction, the pipeline stiffness is decreased and the vibration frequency is reduced; with respect to the issue of pipe vibration, it is necessary to consider fluid-structure coupling, and pipeline natural frequency decreases with the increase of corrosion depth, and it presents nearly ladder-like distribution; the corrosion defects on external pipeline and the defects with ring distribution have greater influence on the pipeline vibration. The research results presented herein have guide significance in the study of vibration characters of the elevated pipeline with corrosion defects.%为研究基于流固耦合作用下腐蚀缺陷对管道振动特性的影响,利用有限元软件ADINA建立含不同腐蚀深度的架空管道模型,分别进行空管与充液管道状态下管道模态分析,提取前10阶频率和阵型,并对其进行了具体分析.研究发现:流固耦合作用下,管道整体刚度下降,振动频率降低,研究管道振动问题时,考虑流固耦合作用是合理且必要的;管道自振频率均随腐蚀深度的增加而减小,并且频率近乎呈阶梯状分布;管道外部的腐蚀缺陷和环向分布的腐蚀缺陷对管道刚度影响较大.研究结果对于含腐蚀缺陷架空管道的振动特性研究与维护更新有重要的指导意义.
