设备法兰连接螺柱的疲劳强度校核

摘要

以某设备为例,依据JB 4732-1995(2005年确认)附录D中的理论计算方法,对法兰连接螺柱的疲劳强度进行计算和评定,并对法兰连接结构建立有限元模型进行分析,将螺柱应力分析计算结果与理论计算结果进行比较,真实准确地对该螺柱的疲劳强度进行安全评定,为设备法兰连接螺柱的疲劳设计提供参考.%Exampled with an equipment subjected to cyclic loads and by using the methods in Appendix D in JB4732-1995 "Steel Pressure Vessels-Design by Analysis" (Confirmed in 2005),the fatigue strength of bolts in flanged connection was calculated and assessed.The finite element model for flanged connection structure was built and then analyzed.The results from analysis of bolt stresses were compared with that from theoretical calculation,so that the fatigue strength of the bolts have been assessed with precise and believable results,which can be referenced for later fatigue design of equipment flange bolts.
