基于现场总线Profibus,将涂装车间内各分散的控制单元组建成一个设备信息监控系统.系统上位机以MCGS组态软件作为软件开发平台,通过对上位机的监控实现集中监视、分散控制,通过MCGS提供的绘图工具箱完成人机界面的设计,通过MCGS的脚本语言实现系统的控制功能,最终完成了涂装生产和输送线的实时监控,以及输送线与机器人的信息交换等.实践证明,系统界面友好、易于操作,且运行可靠.%The infonnation monitoring system is established by combining all the distributed control units in coating workshop based on Profibus fieldbus. In the host computer, MCCS configuration software is used as the software development platform; through monitoring the host computer, centralized supervisory and distributed control are implemented. The design of man-machine interface is accomplished with the graphic building tool box provided by MCGS; while the control functions are implemented by script language of MCGS, thus the real-time monitoring and control of the coating production and transportation line as well as the information exchange between transportation line and robots are realized. The practice verifies that the interface is user-friendly; the system is operated easily and running reliably.
