研究了嵌入式软逻辑控制的实现及应用,选用ARM9微处理器和嵌入式Linux操作系统构建了软逻辑控制器软硬件平台.由于Linux环境下的控制程序开发较为复杂,所以基于VC/MFC和Cygwin开发了一款图形开发软件,实现在PC环境下通过功能块编程方式编写软逻辑控制程序.使用者能够在线监控程序运行状态及调整模块参数,从而实现了编辑、编译和调试运行的无缝接合.测试表明,该系统使用户开发和调试软逻辑控制程序更加方便,对于替代传统PLC的场合具有一定的应用价值.%The implementation and application of embedded soft-logic control are researched. ARM9 micro-processor and embedded Linux operation system are selected to construct the software and hardware platform of soft-logic controller. Considering the complexity of developing control program under Linux environment, the graphical development software based on VC/MFC and Cygwin is developed to write soft-logic control program through functional block program mode under PC environment. User can monitor the operation status of control program online and adjust module parameters, for realizing the seamless integration of editing, compiling and testing. Tests show that the system brings more convenience for users to develop and debug the soft-logic control program, and possesses certain application value in substituting conventional PLC.
