锂电池性能检测系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

In order to satisfy the requirements of batch and modularized detection for the Lithium battery, and realize remote control of the detection process,the two -layer distributed control structure of performance detection system for Lithium battery is designed. By using the modular design idea to build the system,including the host computer,the control module with STM32 processor as the core,peripheral circuits, the battery charging and discharging control module, and signal acquisition module, etc. Several detection procedures, e. g. , constant voltage charging,constant current charging,and constant current discharging,etc. ,can be realized by the host computer. The tests show that the system is running well and convenient for centralized control and management,and the field detection unit has good expansibility and maintainability.%为满足锂电池批量化和模块化的检测需求,同时实现检测过程远程控制的目的,设计了一种两层分布式控制结构的锂电池性能检测系统。运用模块化的设计思想构建系统,包括上位机部分、以STM32处理器为核心的控制模块及外围电路、锂电池充放电控制模块、信号采集模块等。通过上位机操作,能够实现恒压充电、恒流充电、恒流放电等多种检测工步。测试表明:系统运行良好,便于集中控制和管理;现场检测单元具有较好的扩展性和维护性。
