环境因素对光纤传感管道安全预警系统性能的影响

         

摘要

由于管道长时间的运行磨损、设备的自然老化、地理和气候环境的变化以及人为损坏等原因,泄漏故障时有发生,在给人们的生命、财产和生态环境造成了巨大威胁的同时,也会造成资源浪费.光纤传感器以与管道伴随埋设的通信光缆为传感器件,与监控主机组成管道安全预警系统,对管道安全进行实时监控,并针对管道外部入侵和管道泄漏事件进行预警(报警)和定位,是现阶段行之有效的管道安全监控设备.由于管道沿线地质条件恶劣、周边环境复杂,对光纤传感器性能的影响较大,限制了光纤传感器的实际应用.通过分布式光纤传感器对真实的地下管道进行实地测试,采集和分析了各种测试数据,对不同地质条件和复杂环境下的分布式光纤传感器性能变化进行了定量分析,验证了环境因素对分布式光纤传感器性能产生的影响.该研究为分布式光纤传感器的信号分析和模式识别提供了帮助,有利于分布式光纤传感器在实际工程中的应用.%Due to the prolonged wear and tear of pipelines,natural aging of equipments,changes in the geographical and climatic environment as well as man-made damage,the leakage faults occur from time to time,thus it poses a great threat to people's life, property and environment,and also produces waste of resources.As a sensing device,the communication optical fiber cable buried with the pipeline and the monitoring host computer compose the pipeline safety early warning system for real-time monitoring pipeline safety,and warning (alarming) as well as locating pipeline external invasion and pipeline leakage events. It is an effective pipeline safety monitoring equipment at current stage.Because of the poor geological conditions along the pipeline and the complexity of surrounding environment,various factors are affecting the performance of optical fiber sensors,and limiting the practical application of optical fiber sensor.The real field test for underground pipelines is conducted through distributed optical fiber sensors,various data are collected and analyzed,variation of sensor performance under different geological conditions and complex environment are analyzed quantitatively,and the influence of environmental factors on the performance of distributed fiber optic sensors is verified.The research provides assistance for signal analyses and pattern identification of distributed optical fiber sensors,and it is advantageous to the application of distributed optical fiber sensor in practical engineering
