考虑故障风险和维修效用的继电保护维修策略

         

摘要

该文提出基于故障风险和维修效用的维修决策方法,对继电保护实现差异化维修。首先构建基于保护状态评价健康指数的实际故障率模型;其次引入风险理论,依据保护实际故障率计算其故障后对系统的风险,将保护装置状态与电网运行风险联系起来;最后提出分割多目标维修效用分析方法,以维修后设备故障率减少量、故障风险减少量来决策是否维修及进行何种维修模式。算例分析表明,该决策方法全面考虑了保护状态及保护故障对系统风险的影响,能够快速、有效地进行维修决策。%In view of the condition-based relay protection maintenance,a decision-making method is proposed based on failure risk and maintenance utility. First,the actual failure risk model is built based on the assessment index of protec⁃tion condition. Then,the theory of risk assessment is introduced,and by combining the protection condition and grid operation risk,the system risk after failure is calculated according to the actual failrue rate. Finally,a partitioned multi-objective maintenance utility analysis is proposed,and the strategies of whether and how to maintain the equipment are determined based on equipment failure rate reduction and failure risk reduction. The example analysis shows that the proposed method fully considers the protection condition and the system’s failure risk caused by the relay,which can quickly and effectively make decisions on maintenance.
