考虑指标关联的配电网设备利用率综合评价

         

摘要

针对当前配电网设备利用率缺少评价方法,且指标关联性强的问题,提出一种考虑指标关联的配电网设备利用率评价模型.首先,从供电可靠性、网络结构、负荷特性、负荷供应能力和电网建设裕度等配电网影响因素中,提炼出多个配电网设备利用率指标;然后,采用灰色关联阈值变权方法对层次分析法AHP(analytic hierar?chy process)确定的权重进行调整,避免指标关联造成的影响;最后,提出一种利用调整后的权重和最优化思想确定模糊测度的方法,采用Choquet模糊积分对多个指标的评价值非线性聚合,得到综合评价值.通过对某电网5个地区的配电网设备利用率情况进行评价,并与传统评价方法对比,验证了所提方法的实用性和合理性.%Considering that there are few methods to evaluate the utilization rate of distribution network equipment while there is strong relevance among indexes,an evaluation model for the index-relevant utilization rate of distribution network equipment is put forward. First,various evaluation indexes of the equipment utilization rate are refined from dif?ferent factors(e.g.,the reliability of power supply,network structure,load characteristics,load supply capacity and network construction margin). Second,variable weight gray correlation threshold method is used to adjust the weights of analytical hierarchy process(AHP)to avoid the index-relevance effect. Finally,an adjusted index weight and optimi?zation thought are used to solve the fuzzy measure values,and Choquet fuzzy integral is used to perform a nonlinear ag?gregation of the evaluation values of multiple indexes,thus a comprehensive evaluation value is obtained. The utiliza?tion rates of distribution network equipment in five regions are evaluated,and the results are compared with those by us?ing traditional evaluation methods,indicating the practicability and rationality of the proposed method.
