以提高经济性和自供电能力为目标,提出了一种并网型风光储微电网容量优化配置方法,并对其环保减排效益进行了分析.首先确定了适用于并网型微电网的运行控制策略,然后以微源的数量作为优化变量,构建了以年平均综合成本及自供电率为评价指标的数学模型,并采用非支配排序多目标遗传算法对模型进行了求解.最后引入效用理论对各优化结果进行综合评价,以得到不同设计要求下的推荐方案.算例验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性.%In order to improve the economical efficiency and self-supply ability of a grid-connected wind-solar-storage microgrid,a optimal capacity configuration method is proposed,and its emission reduction benefit is analyzed. Firstly, an operation and control strategy for the grid-connected microgrid is determined. Then,the number of micro-sources is taken as an optimization variable,and a mathematical model is established with the evaluation indices of annual average comprehensive cost and self-supply rate(SSR). Moreover,non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with multiple objec?tives is adopted to solve the optimization model. Finally,utility theory is introduced to evaluate the optimization results comprehensively,thus recommended schemes are obtained to different design requirements. The validity and effective?ness of the proposed method is verified by a numerical example.
