基于Pareto最优解的含分布式电源配电网无功优化

         

摘要

With the development of distributed generations(DGs),some types of DG can provide reactive power for dis⁃tribution network to a certain extent. For the problem of reactive power optimization in distribution network ,this paper proposes an optimization strategy to realize the objective of minimum of power loss and voltage offset adjusting the out⁃put of reactive power of DGs and switching the capacitor banks. Different from most strategies that use weights to trans⁃form the multi-objective into single-object,the proposed strategy uses the multi-objective model based on Pareto opti⁃mal and uses the adaptive multi-objective harmony search algorithm to calculate the reactive power output of DG and ca⁃pacitor banks to obtain a Pareto optimal,from which a proper solution can be chosen. An IEEE-33-node system is used to conduct the simulation,and the result is compared with that obtained by the method using minimum power loss for single-objective and penalty factor. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.%随着分布式电源技术的发展,某些分布式电源接能够在一定程度上对配电网进行无功补偿。针对配电网无功优化问题,本文提出了以调节分布式电源出力和传统的投切电容器组为优化手段,以网损最小、电压偏移量最小为目标的优化策略。与以往大多数研究利用权重将多目标问题转化为单目标问题不同,本文直接采用基于Pareto最优解的多目标模型,然后利用自适应参数的多目标和声算法确定分布式电源无功出力和投切电容器组的大小,得到Pareto最优解集,从中选出最优解。利用IEEE-33节点系统进行仿真计算,与单个目标网损最小和采用惩罚因子的方法进行比较,验证了本文所提优化策略的有效性。
