含分布式光伏的配电网电压分区协调控制方案

     

摘要

A coordinated control scheme based on voltage sensitivity partition is proposed to solve the voltage problem caused by the access of distributed photovoltaic(PV)with high permeability to distribution network.The basic strategy is to partition the PV users that are connected to distribution network according to the voltage sensitivity factors obtained from the network topology.When a voltage violation problem occurs,the PV inverter's own reactive power capacity is used to perfporm a reactive power autonomous control;if the inverter's reactive power capacity in the voltage violation region is exhausted,then the other inverters along the feeder will perform reactive power coordinated control;if all the reactive power control cannot solve the voltage problem,then a coordinated control on the substation level will be adopt?ed,which can regulate the tap of the substation on-load tap changer and the regional PV active output curtailment.Fi?nally,the validity of the proposed scheme is verified by a simulation model.%围绕高渗透率分布式光伏接入配电网后产生的电压问题,提出了一种基于电压灵敏度分区的协调控制方案.基本策略是由网络拓扑得到电压灵敏度因子,根据电压灵敏度因子将接入配电网的光伏用户分区.当出现电压越限问题时,利用光伏逆变器自身的剩余无功功率进行无功自治控制,若电压越限区域内逆变器无功功率耗尽,则沿馈线其余逆变器进行无功协调控制.若全部无功控制不足以解决电压问题,则进行电站层电压统筹控制,调节变电站有载调压变压器抽头和区域光伏有功出力削减值.最后利用所搭建的仿真模型验证了该方案的有效性.
