红外线理疗在会阴侧切伤口中的应用效果

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of Infrared therapy in episiotomy wounds. Methods:All 240 cases with epi-siotomy wounds were randomly divided into control group and observation group from May to October in 2013,120 cases in each group. The control group received routine care,washing the perineum by using 1 : 5 000 potassium permanganate twice every day and using antibiotics to prevent infection. In addition to these,the observation group was treated with infrared therapy after 24 hours of delivery. Results:The observation group suffered lighter pain,had a mare shorter healing time and the incision healed better than the control group. Conclusion:Infrared physiotherapy can play a role in increasing the perineunm local blood circulation,improving the nutrition of the tissue,eliminating the granuloma,promoting the growth of granulation and speeding up the incision healing time.%目的：探讨红外线理疗在会阴侧切伤口的应用效果。方法：将2013年5月—2013年10月240例会阴侧切伤口患者随机分为对照组与观察组，各120例，对照组给予常规护理，每次使用1：5000高锰酸钾冲洗会阴，每日2次，然后用碘伏棉球擦拭伤口，遵医嘱给予抗生素；观察组除此之外，在产妇分娩24 h 后使用红外线生物灯进行治疗。结果：观察组伤口疼痛减轻，愈合时间短，愈合情况明显好于对照组。结论：红外线理疗可促进会阴局部血液循环，改善组织营养，消除肉芽水肿，促进肉芽生长，加快伤口愈合。
