口腔炎喷雾剂治疗复发性口疮226例临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the curative effect of stomatitis spray on recurrent oral ulcer in clinic. Methods:A total of 226 recurrent oral ulcer patients were divided into two groups randomly,the observation group received stomatitis spray,spra-ying directly to the ulcer surface,the control group received compound chlorhexidine and dexamethasone pellicles for external application. The clinical effect was determined in accordance with the classification of local treatment therapeutic evaluation tentative standard(DP method). Results:Compared with control group,the observation group of patients with ulcers had a shor-ter duration,less pain,better curative effect(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The results indicated that the treatment of stomatitis spray had a faster ulcer healing and better pain relief effect.%目的：观察口腔炎喷雾剂局部治疗复发性口疮的临床疗效。方法：将226例复发性口疮患者随机分为两组，观察组使用口腔炎喷雾剂喷涂口腔溃疡面，对照组外用复方氯己定地塞米松膜，按照局部治疗疗效评价标准（ DP分级法）判定两组临床疗效。结果：相比于对照组，观察组患者平均溃疡期时间更短，疼痛指数更低，疗效指数更好（ P<0.05）。结论：口腔炎喷雾剂治疗复发性口疮，溃疡愈合快，止痛效果好。
