聚乙二醇滴眼液联合改良睑板腺疏通治疗青年睑板腺功能异常患者干眼的临床观察〔1〕

         

摘要

目的:了解聚乙二醇滴眼液联合改良睑板腺疏通治疗青年睑板腺功能异常患者干眼的疗效。方法:选取青年睑板腺功能异常伴干眼患者46例92眼,随机分为两组,其中治疗组23例给予聚乙二醇滴眼液联合改良睑板腺疏通治疗,进行改良睑板腺疏通方法的指导,回家自行睑板腺疏通,每天3次。对照组23例单纯给予聚乙二醇滴眼液。两组聚乙二醇滴眼液均每天4次,连续治疗4周后复查。记录两组治疗前、后schirmerⅠ试验( sⅠt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(CFL)情况。结果:两组治疗前后BUT、CFL差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后sⅠt稍有改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组BUT,CFL比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚乙二醇滴眼液联合改良睑板腺疏通对青年睑板腺功能异常患者干眼具有明显疗效,且改良睑板腺疏通操作简便,掌握方法后可以自行疏通。%Objective:To understand the efficacy of polyethylene glycol drops combined with modified meibomian gland dredge in treatment youth meibomian gland dysfunction with dry eye. Methods:select 92 eyes,from 46 young patients with dry eye associated with meibomian gland dysfunction,were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. 23 patients in experiment group were given polyethylene glycol drops combined with modified meibomian gland dredge,meibomian gland dredging methods were improved guidance,and meibomian gland compression themselves at home,three times a day,four weeks after the referral. Another 23 cases in control group were only given polyethylene glycol drops. Two polyethylene glycol drops were four times a day. The treatment is keep four weeks and review. Record schirmerⅠ test( sⅠt),tear film breakup time( BUT),corneal fluorescein staining( CFL)in the two groups before/after treatment. Results:Before and after treatment, our data showed that there are significant differences in BUT and CFL(P<0. 05). s Ⅰ t was slightly improved after treat-ment,but no significant difference(P>0. 05). There are significant difference in BUT and CFL in the two groups after treat-ment(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Polyethylene glycol drops combined with modified meibomian gland dredge in treatment youth meibomian gland dysfunction with dry eye have significant effects. Morever,modified meibomian gland dredge operation is sim-ple. The patients can dredge by themselves after the master method.
