肺硬化性血管瘤的影像诊断与鉴别诊断

摘要

Objective:As far as possible to get a clear diagnosis of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung,and distinguish with some diseases on its similar imaging findings. Methods:Retrospective analysis confirmed pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma by surgery and pathology in 28 cases,28 patients were performed spiral CT scan and enhanced scan. Results:Because of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung tissue types are different,the enhancement is in different ways,the corresponding differential diagnosis is not the same. Conclusion:Depending on the types of the organization and enhancement patterns and the characters of pulmo-nary sclerosing hemangioma,can make a more specific diagnosis of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma.%目的：尽可能对肺硬化性血管瘤做出明确诊断，并与在影像学表现上相似的疾病作鉴别。方法：回顾分析经手术和病理证实的肺硬化性血管瘤28例，均行螺旋CT平扫和增强扫描。结果：肺硬化性血管瘤组织类型不同，增强后的强化方式不同，相应的鉴别诊断也不相同。结论：根据肺硬化性血管瘤的组织类型、强化方式及特点，可以对肺硬化性血管瘤做出较明确的诊断。
