As the first set of device imported from Danmark that produce suphric acid by wet acid gas. This paper deals with the problem of leakage in the operation of the device that use the Topsoe technolo-gy. We inspect the tube by a special magnetic particle examination and ultrasonic examination and solve the problem of leakage.%针对国内第一套直接利用炼厂酸性气、采用丹麦托普索公司的WSA制硫酸专利技术湿法制取硫酸的装置在运行中出现的反应器泄漏问题,用特种磁粉和超声波等综合技术解决了现场问题.
