低变再沸器管束失效原因分析及改进措施

介绍了低变再沸器的失效原因,分析了设备结构不合理及局部出现的气液界面对设备失效的影响,提出了相应的改进措施并取得良好效果.%The failure reason of the low variable reboiler is introduced. The effect of unreasonable structure of the equipment and the gas - liquid interface appeared in the local area were analyzed. Some improvement measures were proposed and it has achieved good effects.
