冶炼工艺对12MnNiVR钢板焊接性能影响

         

摘要

Based on the actual smelting process of industrial production, the different alloy adding method and adding technology were studied, and the effect of melting process on the number, size and type of inclusions was analyzed. The melting process action mechanism for high heat input welding performance was explored. Utilizing the new melting process for producing steel plate, there are a large number of small inclusions and the inclusions pinning austenite grain growth effect is obvious. The inclusions contain much more titanium nitride or oxide, at the same time containing MnS. After high heat input welding thermal cycle , the steel plate toughness of HAZ is much higher than the traditional process of production.%以生产冶炼工艺为基础,研究不同的合金添加方法及添加工艺,通过调整多种合金的添加顺序和添加时机,分析冶炼工艺对钢中夹杂物的数量、尺寸、类型的影响规律,探索冶炼工艺对大热输入焊接性能的作用机理.新冶炼工艺生产钢板,小尺寸夹杂物数量多,钢中大量夹杂物钉扎奥氏体晶粒长大的作用明显;夹杂物中多含Ti的氮化物或氧化物,并同时含有MnS;大热输入焊接热循环后,HAZ韧性远高于传统工艺生产钢板.
