大型原油储罐用钢12MnNiVR热处理工艺及组织性能研究

         

摘要

采用GLeeble 3800热模拟实验机测定了12MnNiVR钢的CCT曲线,研究了热处理工艺对性能的影响,确定淬火工艺:930±10℃,保温30~40 min;回火工艺:625~650℃,保温45~60 min.批量试制的12MnNiVR钢板具有优良的力学性能,满足了大型原油储罐工程建造的要求.%The continuous cooling transformation curve (CCT) of 12MnNiVR steel was determined by Gleeble 3800 thermal simulation testing machine, and the effects of heat treatment parameter on micro-structure and properties were studied. The result indicated that the quenching temperature was 930 ±10 ℃, and holding time was 30 ~ 40 min. The tempering temperature was 625 ~ 650 ℃, and holding time was 45 ~60 min. The industrial trial 12MnNiVR steel had excellent mechanical properties,whieh could meet the requirements of large crude oil storage tank construction.
